What is NoClu! Golf?

After all these years of playing this magnificently exasperating game of golf, are you still baffled whenever you duck hook a drive barely past the pink tees, slice it into some guy’s back yard, or splash one into the drink?

When you shank that simple approach shot, skull a short chip through the green into the next county, or can't get out of the bunker without a bulldozer, are you still stumped by what happened?

Are you completely dumbfounded when you blow those easy short putts or think you might do better swinging a garden shovel then find yourself shaking your head all confused and mumbling, "Man, I just have no clue!"

Then welcome to our clubhouse Putterheads. You've joined the ranks of clueless golfers like us and our pal Divot (the little fella in the logo) who simply have NoClu! why we do some of the dumb stuff we do out on the golf course.

Oh, we know better. Head down, eyes on the ball, slow back swing, follow through. We read all of those wonderfully instructive golf magazines. We spend hours glued to The Golf Channel. We faithfully try and do what the pros tell us. But, those quirky, befuddling shots still happen. Not all the time. Our games aren't complete junk. Just enough times to drive us whacky and make us wonder why there's another snowman on the scorecard. Well, occasionally fellow mystified linksters . . . we just have NoClu!

But, don't despair or hang your head in shame. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. Embrace it. Be proud of your occasional cluelessness. Golf is fun so have some fun with it. Loosen up. Relax your grip. Laugh at yourself like we do. (You figure this one out.)

Most of us are NoClu! golfers whether we are 10 or 30 handicappers or swing like Divot. And, it's a badge of honor and a testament to our true dedication to the game that we know we often have NoClu! yet keep coming back week after week.
